The PSIRA Instructor Course is designed for experienced security professionals who wish to become accredited trainers within the private security industry, in line with the standards of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority.

This course equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to facilitate training, assess learners, and deliver accredited security programmes effectively. It covers training methodologies, lesson planning, assessment techniques, communication skills, and classroom management, as well as compliance with relevant unit standards and industry regulations.

Upon completion, learners are prepared to register as instructors and conduct PSIRA-aligned training courses, contributing to the development of competent and professional security personnel.
